Diana NoExcuses offers digital numerology readings, coaching sessions, community access, and educational courses. All services are digital and delivered electronically.
Offerings include:
Not included in any package: Pregnancy, death, marriage, legal, or medical advice; live calls; same-day delivery or emergency answers. All data and conversations are confidential.
Readings (Clarity Insight, Couples, Family): Delivered within 7 business days of receiving all necessary information via email or private video link. Format: prerecorded video.
Personal Year Forecast: Delivered within 7 business days. Format: Excel file with 13 tabs (year overview + 12 months with daily energies).
Soul Deep Bundle: Both components delivered within 7 business days.
1:1 Coaching: Scheduling details provided after application approval. Sessions conducted via video call, twice a week for 3 months.
Community: Access granted within 72 hours of payment confirmation via email invitation.
Client Responsibility: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information. Delays or inaccuracies resulting from incorrect information are not our responsibility. The delivery timeframe begins once all correct details are confirmed received.
Format: All deliverables are digital. No physical products will be shipped.

This is a group mentorship program. It does not include private, one-on-one readings or consultations.
Content Schedule: New content is typically shared on a monthly basis at the creator's discretion.
Platform: Access is provided via a third-party platform. Your access is also subject to that platform's terms of service.
Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by providing 30 days' written notice via email to diana.noexcuses@gmail.com, or by using the Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. Cancellation does not trigger a refund for the current month already paid.
Refunds: Due to the immediate digital nature of the service and access to exclusive content, all membership fees are non-refundable. No full or partial refunds will be issued for any reason, including non-use, dissatisfaction, or failure to cancel before a recurring payment.
Due to the deeply personalized, digital, and immediate nature of the work involved, all sales are final.
Before Delivery: If you have made a purchase in error, contact diana.noexcuses@gmail.com within 12 hours of your order. If the analysis work has not yet begun, a full refund may be granted at our discretion.
After Delivery: If you believe there has been a genuine error in the calculation of your core numbers (e.g., an incorrect birth date was used), contact us within 7 days. We will review the calculations and provide a corrected report if an error on our part is verified.
Refunds are not provided because the insights do not meet your expectations or you disagree with the interpretation. Numerology is a guide for self-reflection, not an absolute prediction.
Prerecorded Readings: Once you provide your birth details and any specific questions, the creative process begins immediately. Orders cannot be cancelled after 12 hours from the time of purchase.
Future Live Call Services (if created): Clients may reschedule or cancel with at least 48 hours' notice for a full refund or credit. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the service fee. No-shows will be charged the full fee.
All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Community subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.
The reading or content you purchase is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You are granted a license to view the content for your own personal reflection and growth.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or sell any of the content, either in part or in whole, for any commercial purpose.
All copyright and intellectual property rights in the readings, including the methodology, analysis, video, and written reports, remain the sole and exclusive property of Diana NoExcuses.
You are strictly prohibited from recording, reproducing, distributing, screen-capturing, sharing, selling, or teaching the content to any third party. This protects the exclusive experience for paying clients and members.

Specific Exclusions: Readings explicitly exclude advice on pregnancy, health/medical diagnoses, death, legal matters, and financial investments. For these issues, please consult a qualified professional.
You agree to maintain a respectful and supportive environment within the community. Harassment, hate speech, spamming, promotion of other services, or any disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your access, without refund, for violations of these conduct rules.
As an autonomo based in Spain, we comply with GDPR data protection regulations. The personal data you provide (name, birth date, email) is used solely for the purpose of creating your numerology reading and managing your subscription.
Your data will be kept confidential and will never be shared with third parties without your express consent. You have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
