Calculator: Name, birth date, birth place, and optionally your email address. This data is processed locally in your browser and stored in your browser's localStorage. It is not sent to any server.
Payments: When you purchase a product, payment is processed by Stripe. Diana NoExcuses does not see or store your card details. Stripe collects your name, email, and payment information under their own Privacy Policy.

Diana NoExcuses offers digital numerology readings, coaching sessions, and community access. All services are digital and delivered electronically.
Not included in any package: Pregnancy, death, marriage, legal, or medical advice; live calls; same-day delivery or emergency answers. All data and conversations are confidential.
2. Delivery
Clarity Insight Reading: Delivered within 7 days of purchase via email. Includes a hand-drawn karmic star chart and personalized written analysis.
Personal Year Forecast: Delivered within 7 days of purchase via email.
1:1 Coaching: Scheduling details provided after purchase. Sessions conducted via video call.
Community: Access granted within 72 hours of payment confirmation via email invitation.
3. Monthly Mentorship Circle
Your monthly subscription grants access to: a private, closed online community group; unpublished educational videos and voice notes on numeric psychology basics; the opportunity to ask questions and receive guidance from Diana within the group forum; and a community of like-minded individuals for shared learning. This is a group mentorship program. It does not include private, one-on-one readings or consultations.
Content schedule: New content is typically shared on a monthly basis. The specific schedule is at the discretion of the creator.
Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by providing 30 days' written notice via email to diana.noexcuses@gmail.com, or by using the Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
Refunds: Due to the immediate digital nature of the service and access to exclusive content, all membership fees are non-refundable. No full or partial refunds will be issued for any reason, including non-use of the membership, dissatisfaction with the content, or failure to cancel before a recurring payment.

All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Community subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.
