Free Calculator: Your first name and birth date are used to calculate your numerology and astrology profile. This data is processed entirely in your browser and is never sent to any server. No calculator data is stored or transmitted.
Email address: If you choose to enter your email in the calculator or on a waitlist form, it is sent to Formspree (our form processing service) so we can deliver your reading and send occasional updates about Diana NoExcuses. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
Coaching applications: Name, email, phone number, and your message are sent to Formspree so Diana can review your application and respond.
Issue reports: If you report an issue via the calculator, only your description and optional email are sent to Formspree. No personal calculator data is included.
Payments: When you purchase a product, payment is processed by Stripe. Diana NoExcuses does not see or store your card details. Stripe collects your name, email, and payment information under their own Privacy Policy.

Formspree is based in the United States. Data transfers to the US are covered by Formspree's Data Processing Agreement and Standard Contractual Clauses.
Essential cookies (theme preference) are always active. Analytics and advertising cookies (Amplitude, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Google Tag Manager) are only activated after you consent via our cookie banner.

Calculator data is not stored anywhere. It exists only during your browser session.
Email addresses submitted via forms are retained in Formspree for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Payment records are retained by Stripe per their policies and applicable financial regulations.
Analytics data: Amplitude retains data for 1 year. Meta Pixel and Clarity follow their respective default retention periods.
